I'm not defending the company at all but if this share price turns around on the back of a good announcement and or the consolidation gets voted at 100/1 which I'd prefer instead of 200/1 then this is everyone's opportunity to reduce their current buy in price by participating in this new share buy offer at 4/1 which I think is the sweetener by the company before the consolidation.
