I get the distinct impression that this investment is all about de-risking. Getting the finance across the line is the major issue for mine. it would seem to me that the plant, the resource and the geopolitical risks are all well within the scope of achievable.

My concern, hence the last post, was with the appetite for finance, but also the debt/equity ration they can achieve.i wouldn't be so concerned about dilution if the market had already revalued the stock to a reasonable M/C, but given it is so ridiculously low, my fear is that the financiers will be more than willing to propose a serious % of equity.

I guess we can only hope the market sees the value prior to finance and the VWAP is at least respectively higher than it is currently. Or, that management has many options presented and they can push for majority debt finance.

Time will tell.
