I wish it was going to work that way RPaulson...but they don't have enough money to finance the expansion without incurring new debt. These people at the other end of this deal want their money now after 5-6 years.....can you blame them? They are not going to let any if this money coming in for the next few years go to construction. They are going to get their money out first. If you want to know who they or them is...look it up
