Well Shell signed up for studies, then a feasibility study and then for a small test plant.
That could easily lead to a full scale project, and Shell would earn some great environmental PR.
The huge group Worley have also signed a deal to work with PWN.
Whilst it would obviously be nice to have a major deal signed already but then the mc would be 100m plus already.
Getting in early (now) is much cheaper, but with risks.
But as Shell and Worley are already involved and government policy might force companies to use pwn's tech, I think it's a risk worth taking.
