The extraction process for uranium in mining uranium is used in mining many other minerals like copper and gold as examples, whether it being ISL Hard Rock or Heap Leach. The only things that come into play are the safety and environmental regulations. There are many people experienced in the sector who are capable to build a mine as there are more uranium mines than just Langer Heinrich and Kaleekira and someone else built them not JB.
He read the market wrong when he raised $42.8 million for acquisitions thinking it got to hot and would pull back, but it didn't. At the time he had a dig at other companies for capital raising for purchaseing physical uranium from the market , well he should have done that as it added value for shareholders as the price of uranium went up.
In my opinion this may be the last chance before things are on the move again and the price of assets will only go up.
