Nothing wrong with being positive...but these figures are as unrealistic as "under 2c".
Best u can hope for over the next few months will be mid 20s...regardless of certification.
Will require weekly positive updates to bleed through the supply...thats the reality.
If management have given you any indication that they will deliver on timelines I'll gladly have what you're smoking.
