WN, I agree with your summation of the operational failures, but I think the current lack of activity, or even planned activity, smacks of something going on in the background, and because of the complete lack of promotion, I reckon this 'thing' will turn out to be about something other than a CR.
It would be a fairly simple matter to progress the measurement of the gas resource, as you have pointed out. The only reason they would not do this, is that some big deal is dependent on this not happening at this moment in time. I can't see any other reason for the total lack of progress. I just hope I still own shares in this company when it finally happens.
