No the company said it was solely due to the start of the wet. These fracked wells are not that far from the sealed road, and if the dirt tracks became impassable you could get access by helicopter. There a good reliable helicopter company based in Fitzroy Cross I have used many times.
So it wasn't money as it going to cost lots more to start.
Sometimes these wells get fluid loading in the well bore and need gas lift stimulation to re start.
It wouldn't have been the DMP as I sure they would have extended the testing licence if that was an issue.
So why?
