How can anybody seriously state that mitsu is locked into paying...

    How can anybody seriously state that mitsu is locked into paying for anything. Do people here have a copy of the agreement? There are no out clauses ? Mitsu aren't there for the oil so any assistance with that would not be a commitment. If there's not a clause in there for "govt delays" or "t/o " issues I'll stand plucked
