So the next Export port can't be Derby as too tidal therefore it Port Hedland and its public wharf.

The truck roll over was certainly an issue WN . Dismissing that as a yawn is just plain stupid imo . Derby no chance for export as too shallow. The talk of tanks and export routes imo is just hot air , no substance.
