Read it like this:
"We're still workin' with all this data and we want it fully assessed before we get the drills out again. Mitso and us have agreed on a plan and budget to finish up this assessment which we reckon' we'll have done end of quarter. After we've finished we'll start thinking about exploring based on it"

So they'll start thinking of how to explore at the end of the quarter which means we won't have a plan for however many months after that and then activity however many months after that. Unless they bust things they were already going to do (like Ophir) out of the plan.
