I am very happy to disagree h00ts.

BRU has until today kept it quiet that they have applied for (or really re-applied) for the STP-SPA 0065,



As shown in slide 12 below.


The Laurel wet gas formation extends and covers the majority of the new tenement. Which I have been puzzling over, because until today, BRU had lodged months ago to undertake an airborne geophysics survey over acreage they did not own.



Suffice to say this will greatly increase the prospective quantities of gas and liquids that BRU will eventually commercialize. Since BRU has already had reports done on this acreage, it should require any real effort to get them re-released with updated numbers.

The reason this is so important is also, because the Noonkanbah people are (I believe) the only NT holders for this area too. Plus its the next closest acreage to what BRU holds and has already completed well stimulation. There are more resources to the South East, but realistically, with 20-50 TCF of Gas (and 1+ billion barrels of liquids) recoverable in the acreage BRU already controls, it means that the rest is not needed, because they hold all the acreage that will be closest to the planned pipeline.

Oh... did I mention that it will be 100% BRU owned. So Mitsubishi will have to pay up if it wants to farm in.

Hopefully when I get some more time I can better assess the rest of the presentation. I will say I am really disappointed that there is still so little info on the conventional targets etc. 1 map. I mean... give me the bloody info and I will spend days/weeks putting something worthy together.
