It may be news spec but there's a thing called a stranded resource, ie due to any number of reasons it's not viable to remove. Ackamunga basin has more oil than the Saudis according to so called independent estimates, it's still sitting there and the explorer has since liquidated. Do you want any more examples? Bru's resource numbers IMO at this point in time are hype. Even a proven 2 tcf of congas would get huge attention. Keep it real mate
