Ann: Corporate Presentation - clarification, page-15

I know this has less punch now that i no longer hold. Does the email stating that they haven't satisfied the DEM yet and have already stated the decommissioning process , not a concern for you.? I was looking for reentry but not so sure now. I can understand a trade if a JV come into play ST but why would they if what the email from the DEM is correct. LCK are not doing any favours to shareholders by ignoring the issue, or not responding to SH concerns??? is it just blind faith or not believing the DEM email to be real? I just don't get it??? Would love to know your thoughts.
