Which is where i got to mate, not disagreeing with you really - i just dont have as much faith in that explanation (which i also received 10 days ago)
FYI - when i asked follow up questions i didnt eve get a reply - although i was just invited to an information session next week in the LCK office - not a holder so must be an 'invited guest' - not sure what value there is in attending as yet if there will be no explanation beyond the above
