I am in CVN today, bought a big chunk at 18.5c and feel it is a compelling proposition at these levels. Given the deep value of the asset portfolio and hard cash-backing CVN has, I feel this is a lowish risk investment with exponentially high upside. I believe the activism by the new board member in Nero will play a role in closing the gap between the intrinsic value of the assets and the market value of the listed entity.

However, do not denigrate Collins St, they are astute investors and have performed extremely well over the past few years. The best part about their style is their risk averse nature, risk control is first and foremost for them. I met with them several times last year and back their investing apporach.
