CVN Interest Income matches the outgoings, so I can't see them panicking. STO % sale + CVN % sale could look tasty for an acquirer. As well the best way to cut a deal is to leave upside for the aquireer, therefore I am sure the FID document although not releases is in draft form. It's what I would do to get a sale.
