In light of this slide implying resource at depth for peer IOCG deposits and the subsequent slide of seismic data showing the 'green monster', why no deep drilling under Hillside?

I'd say the main reason is cost and the depths they are talking about at 1500m is strictly and underground proposition. I notice now on page 11 they are now talking about a Stage 4 and 1.6Mt of copper total. Looking at the outline of Stage 3 looks like it already is hits over 600m depth. I guess if they found more it will just be a bigger pit or if the economics support it an underground mine. Getting a new mine up and running from scratch at 1500m if you hit a bonanza grades in Australia hasn't really been done before. Normally they start as a pit or much shallower underground. However Oak Dam maybe different but again there is already a processing plant and town down the road at Olympic Dam so some of the capital risk has been taken care off.
