You have to make your own mind up but this is a startup and income of any consequence is 2024 and even then not guaranteed. In the meantime there will be more dilution when they sort out finance..if you haven't got the patience of a Saint and balls of steel find something easier.
Most projects take 5-10years to reach production there is no reason to expect this to be different. Zthere is a huge amount of work involved with third parties who have their own issues..
