    Potentially but don't LPD have 49 million AUD in cashflow or something. DFC is due soon. I would think they would be smart enough to finalise DFC funding if they are successful and then cap raise after that for less dilution / more value.
    But for all we know we have a best case scenario and the DFC funding is approved and financing is unrelated to a cap raise but time will tell of course. It does seem the Traxys agreement was clearly put in place perhaps as a clause of the DFC funding being approved so the USA would acquire the lithium rather then china. It does also seem that Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas are likely to finance phase 1 considering LPD is the worlds lithium producer / supplier within that region.
