If you watched the latest Joe Walsh interview on YouTube you would have heard him assure shareholders there is no Cap Raising in the pipeline.
If you haven't watched it, I suggest you do. It is informative. You hold the stock. It's in your interest.
If you have watched it, you missed what he said or, you know more than Joe Walsh does.
A cap raise isn't a bad thing and right now it isn't going to happen because Joe said so.
