What is HVY going to have to do to get any traction on the story? I know garnet isn't very alluring, but surely one or two serious retail investors must be running the maths and seeing that 11c is a great entry price.
Perhaps the PG update (must be due), will get some reaction?
What would you do to get the price moving, if you were on the board?
