in my experience this is way to small to meet the standards of 99% of funds and its so illiquid if something goes bad there is no escape. In saying that I have spoken to one small fund mamager who has invested a fair bit here, it was one of the reasons I went in so hard on this company.
We will see interest here just need to get the news that is due through and see them progress this funding proposal.
Would really love to see the CEO and management add shares here at the next raise.
