WOW - what a powerhouse presentation - if this doesn't fly high in Europe and beyond then, what will ??
So many possibilities could immediately flow from this merger - so much cash, much enhanced credit worthiness, and further M&A potential.
What if Big RED, negotiates a new credit facility to replace RED's debt, considers some buyback of the hedging and / or, offers an immediate dividend for all holders on a date, post June .... now that would set the hares running and give a immediate boost to the SP ??
But the best use of capital, is to bring forward KOTH cutbacks and KOTH expansion, as outlined by others recently ... and then become the cash generating monster .... that will pay sustainable dividends.
