One of those two legs or positive developments. Viz. US inflation so likely interest rate easing followed by easing of US dollar strength and a boost to Asia and indeed world growth, is looking more likely as of last night.
Let's see what Biden and Xi can agree on most likely all spin but it may dial down the tension a notch.
Anyway Cu price was up a bit (as I assume hedge funds bought back [closed] a touch of their shorts).
BTW Glencore, who are a major payer in Cu, also kicked a goal with their coal Buy and likely demerger.
