re: Ann: Corporate Presentation IPAA OGIS Con... Looks like 2-4 inches of snow this coming Fri/Sat. in Lingle, WY (i.e. Defender), but abnormally dry weather and way above average temps remain in the forecast.

Frankly, it looks like the upper Midwest US, Dakotas, and WY pretty much missed out on the usual winter weather patterns. For that, the oil patch should be thankful! :-)
