I would say more on the realistic side. Lost a ton of money on NMX. They had great grades, lots of support from Qc gouvernement.... And I know about winter conditions, I live in Qc...
Capital cost went north! Investors were frozen solid and 25000 small investors lost everything while Palinghurst grabbed everything for a dime!
Dont want to lose it all again with GXY. So they better check and recheck there estimate and consider this is not the usual project environment. Summer is quite short up there!
