This is not a siesta. This is not a restful sleep. This is not a hibernation. HFR is in a coma.
I think Spain will allow the mine and processing - eventually, conditionally. The environmental permits are 3 months away; construction permits 3-6 months after that. Minimum.
Still, I bought again last week @68c. The project's economics are compelling. I am sorely over weight and underwater.
There is a real risk of a low-ball bid from a European fertilizer manufacturer to exhausted holders immediately after the environmental permit is issued. Beware!
