i think the board need tl explain to share holders the rational behind the A40 placement.
A40 look very sick IMO. Min cash requirement has increased from $5m to $15m. Trying to get pre payments on shipments as offtakers are not ready for the spod yet.
I’m scratching my head as to how Gxy board though $22m was better spend on A40 than a Gxy buy back?
if it was a blocking stake they simply need to state that.
