Cash operating costs1 of USD$528/dmt CFR China achieved for the June Quarter arerepresentative of the continuing ramp up and optimisation of the Pilgangoora Project’s processplant. Costs are expected to target USD$320-350/dmt CFR China by Q4 FY20, with anticipatedimprovements in plant recovery, plant stability and site optimisation expected to significantlylower unit costs.
I know it may sound incredulous - but it really is that bad! My modelling had previously assumed a current cost of A$475/dmt.
