Ann: Corporate Presentation - June 2024, page-2

This is starting to get quite frustrating - the company are just recycling presentations at this point (nothing of substance has changed in these). I spoke to Matthew earlier in the year and he was confident in getting a binding agreement with Verkor soon, but we're almost at the middle of the year and it appears that is no closer. And they haven't converted any of the other discussions that have been on-going for 12 months now into term sheets. We've also now got the issue of how to fund the Becancour work - but we'll probably be looking at decent dilution no matter what option they take here. Given the amount of money the company is spending on corporate overhead costs, they need to start answering some hard questions, because fundamentally we're making little to no progress - with timelines continually shifting.
