re the takeover comments vs long term development strategy.

I sat with Matty at Brisbane RiU earlier this year and regional geological picture looks excellent. They have very good control on it and just needed the funds to get after it, which post this raise they will have and this has the potential (highly likely) to be a multi decade deposit as it grows. 3 million ozs is just the start hence Dundee Corp management calling this bigger and better than CMM style development with better infrastructure.

The other major factor here is the location and access to support services and the lifestyle friendly work environment. Its a few hours down from Perth and Matty was looking at setting up the infrastructure in place to make it a sustainable long term mining community. That means people can live and work there and their families are close by, not some FIFO into back of bumfart nowhere Arunta or Tanami scenario. In a time when attracting and retaining mining personnel is becoming tantamount this will have appeal for many folks.

Zooming out, a lot of thought and planning bas been happening on this one in the background. Now that all the major near term hurdles have been overcome (took international funds with a vision that extends past 2 minutes in the future) the runway is now clear for take off.
