Neo decision , maybe a good long term decision for an established company, however HAS is still establishing its basic business and in infancy as far as cashflow generation. The fact that NEO price started dropping after the buy in and now down over a third , resulting in the significant book loss and
"going concerns" question addressed as well as discussion re further equity raising on top of needed debt financing ...........only leads to thought , management made significant error of judgement .
