'Those Who Must be Obeyed' - the Journos - had this to say this morning."Australian shares are poised to rise.
Wall Street ended mixed, with the Dow reversing earlier gains and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq each paring their modest advances too.
- At 4pm: Dow -0.1% S&P 500 +0.1% Nasdaq +0.2%
US equities had earlier extended morning gains into the afternoon after Fed boss Jerome Powell said the latest raft of US economic data had not changed his expectation that “inflation [is] moving down toward 2 per cent on a sometimes bumpy path”." AFT.
And I see the bid is following that advice with 2 solid buys at 1.4 and some throw away coins on the offer to get stuck in. Professional buying IMO.
