Yep, and nowhere in recent announcements does it say there will be no blue moon tomorrow. Based on your logic by not stating something will not happen it is more likely to happen than the thing they have mentioned
P.S. I haven't been told PLS won't hit $10 tomorrow so using your logic I guess it's likely
