Out of the three agreements, RF seems to be the doubtful one as detailed in the announcement today. thats sentiment for months now. However its not dead in the water at all. The Austrian mine has a long way to go and interesting they didn't include a agreement with MIN in that article.
RF needs it, but I don't see its important to us and its clear many others are.
its good to see a LC is irrevocable and due no later than 30 days prior to loading and no more than 3 late LC's over 12 months. etc.
This is meeting my expectations that all our expectations will be exceeded.
