    According to the NUS prospectus:

    " ...... Nusantara is not required to divest any portion of the project until the end of the 10th year after commercial production. At that time, Nusantara is required to divest 51% to willing Indonesian participants at fair market value ... "

    There will always be negativity associated with resource nationalism.

    Imagine if every foreign based company operating in Australia had to sell 51% of it's Australian based projects and operations to an Australian company after 10 years of local production, and yet who knows, maybe that would be a good thing for us. In any effect, whether you agree with this or not, it's an interesting discussion point.
