As for the low volume, huge amounts of the company are held by just 40 entities/people. Very few seem intent on selling. On the flip side, they likely are pretty tapped out after months of buying prior to this announcement. As cash flow comes in, several of them have indicated they will resume buying if the market wants to be irrational. Not upset at all with these prices, I'll keep buying as my cash flow permits.
