Hi $'s and others... I'm deep in research mode on HAS and wondering if anyone could clarify for me the Wyloo piece... I get the $150m has been received and used to by a stake in Neo, what I can't find / clarify is has Wyloo taken a Stake in HAS...ie is the 'facility' at 9% above BBY been converted into shares...Also given all the good news Offtakes etc, other than 'the market is down' is there any reason the SP is so much lower the the Cap Raise amount.
