Once again they call Blumberg a "Director" of the delisted Nasdaq holding company, where he is nowhere close to being on the Board or even the list of highly-compensated employees (back when that information was required to be made public). And oh, by the way, we have rescinded our Plan of Operations for exploratory drilling at Big Sandy, which has only been in the works since 2019. Maybe AZL needs a Director of Rescissions?
