with an election looming large no politician will give Clean Energy fund money over to an oil development regardless of state of the world, would be political suicide. It's like saying he's going to fire up an old coal power plant for power stability and a dam to stop the floods being so bad, big no no's. Would be funny to see greenies reaction, but never happen
