C'mom champ, you are the one making inferences & criticising management, I'm the one saying there is no reference to capital raising in the announcements regards future finance. You only can announce the 2nd largest oil discovery in the last decade (they also have the largest - Dorado) but as said, pea brains are selling shares for tokens. Not much management can do about dopes.
