I'm betting Lind will give them the finger since they have already had to raise by SPP since the last of the Lind money was spent and two thirds of it still remains unpaid... If they aren't going to sell off assets then a CR is one of the few options left..

If they replaced the current management team with a credible team who could deliver then Yes, I would probably participate at these levels.

If the current team remained, I would consider participating on the condition that we meet management 70/30.. THEY fund 70% out of their own pocket, WE fund 30%. Their price being set at a minimum 50% premium to current levels and our price at a fair discount to current levels.
