    The initial plan wouldn't have foreseen tin prices dropping so low... no one saw prices dropping so low. Good thing the AUD is weak as it means there is still a possibility they can achieve positive cash flow if everything is running perfectly. They need to make sure everything can run smoothly as that was the issue even before the break downs.
