The timeline to focus on here is 6-12 months, not a few hours in a trading session. It seems a fairly safe hold, as long as we don’t get a stock market rout on a global basis. And there is a lot of upside if events move in our favour.

I was just looking at the data from the SLR/RED merger - one chart shows BGL’s EV at $566 a resource ounce. We’re not quite in BGL’s peer group, but we might get a lot closer if the high-grade finds continue. And even if we are valued at 2/3 of the BGL benchmark (possible, I reckon, if interest rates start to fall and the gold price moves up), Never Never alone will be worth more than our current market cap.

Besides, if you think the share price is being deliberately driven down, isn’t it worth buying more to be ready for when the truer value starts to crystallize?
