    Short answer is NO. What is deemed price sensitive is a somewhat subjective matter imo.
    For example, I’ve seen companies put out general forward guidance at the back of presentations, the share price reacts accordingly, and yet this is deemed not price sensitive. For SPR, some execs are commenting on visible gold in new core, and this is not considered price sensitive at this stage, given the substantial resources already discovered. Nevertheless, visible gold would give you confidence that upcoming drill results will be positive and I’m sure some will be trading this info. Is that enough to affect the market as a whole, in particular, the actions of the big players - probably not.
