It seems that way although I would argue that Chris and the team have done nothing but hit the Project milestones repeatedly along the way. The farm-out deal and Cap raise were a lot more complex and perhaps not as binary in terms of value as some people expected but other than that it's hard to fault them.
The remaining funding for the first stage is making people nervous. I just hope it doesn't involve more dilution.
