Charles and his management team has indicated the capex on March 2023 HAS announcement, see below. To me it is clear. I believe the market reaction on the last two days was due to the staged development and this is something new for the market but again It makes senses for the project viability and also considering our MC is only 1/3 of Arafura.
Whether opening the pandora in the box "Neo investment via Wyloo con notes" remains to be seen. It is very early stage to say and HAS shareholders need to look at recent Neo materials business expansion.
The prophecy of doom and gloom by hc posters .. I will leave it aside. Our current situation reminds me to PLS 2020 (spot lithium doldrum, construction phase, etc...you name it) you can search the history there. I am confident Charles and his team will be able to stir us out like Ken B through the tough times.
