I would not want such a merger. Karora has poor assets and is simply trying to flog them, just like SBM was fooled by the Canadians when they bought Atlantic Gold. WGX should look to the small explorers in the region for expansion/extra ore options, IMO. If RMS has looked at Karora and decided not to do a t/o then its probably a poor set of assets that are over-priced.
