Good question, and the answer is no.
If we get all the funding then not only does it allow us to move forward, it actually proves that everything else within the company is OK.
The dd that gets done to achieve the funding is alot more than we as shareholders can do as they are privvy to alot of information that we don't know.
Achieving funding is the ultimate rubber stamp that all is OK in the camp, no one is going to fund this if there are problems.

This is where the majority of my concern comes from...... Why haven we got funding yet and why do the goal posts for it keep moving. What are the problems that keep delaying this? What are financiers not happy about?

JW just glossing over and moving dates doesn't give any confidence that we are actually ticking all the boxes from a financiers perspective.
